Ray Wilson

Ray Wilson is one of twenty solar assets owned and operated under the name North Carolina Solar. A ground mount system over a 33.6 acre (136,000 square meter) area in Davie County, North Carolina; the Ray Wilson site has the capacity to generate 6.4 megawatts of renewable energy.

With 53,190 two by one meter solar panels installed, Ray Wilson came on stream in March 2021 and is fully contracted to the Duke Energy Carolinas.

The site uses First Solar 4120A modules, Kaco BluePlant 150 TL3 inverters and an RBI Solar fixed-tilt mounting system.
