Drive the base:
- Completed four major maintenance outages and two pitstops at our Alberta coal operations
- Enhanced our returns at Sarnia through negotiating a new long-term contract

Green our portfolio:
- Expanded our renewable portfolio by over 750 MW to become the leading publicly-traded provider of renewable energy in Canada
- Acquired Canadian Hydro and completed the construction of our Blue Trail wind farm
- Progressed on constructing Summerview 2 (66 MW) wind farm; completed in early 2010
- Announced 87 MW of new capacity with the construction of Ardenville (69 MW) and Bone Creek (18 MW)
- Announced Kent Hills Wind Farm expansion in early 2010
Reposition coal:
- Realigned our major maintenance plans on a unit by unit basis
- Awarded over $770 million in government funding to advance the development of North America's largest carbon capture and storage retrofit project - Project Pioneer
- Recognized for social and environmental leadership by listing on the North American Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) for the fourth consecutive year and on the Jantzi-Macleans 50 Most Responsible Corporations
