Le Nordais

Situé en Gaspésie, le parc éolien Le Nordais produit en moyenne 165,000 mégawattheures par année. Ce parc compte 132 éoliennes, soit 75 à Cap-Chat et 57 à Matane.

Le parc est en exploitation depuis 1999.

L'électricité produite par le parc est vendue aux termes d'un contrat d’achat d’électricité (« CAE ») conclu avec Hydro-Québec.

Located on the Gaspé Peninsula, Le Nordais wind facility generates an average of 165,000 megawatt hours per year. The facility consists of 132 wind turbines; 75 in Cap-Chat and 57 in Matane.

The facility has been operating since 1999.

The power from the facility is sold under a long-term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Hydro-Québec.
